Delivery Information;

Please ensure that you use a correct email address in your order so that we can contact you in the event of an issue with your order.

Please note that the delivery times are guidelines and we are based in the UK so an order placed on one day by you may not be received by us until the next day due to time differences. We will try to adhere to these delivery times but at busy times of the year there can be delays. If we anticipate delays we will be sure to update the Home Page to reflect that, thank you.

Please ensure that you use the correct delivery address as we cannot replace orders sent to an incorrect delivery address due to customer error. Also if you move house after placing an order or expect to have a different address by the time the order is dispatched please ensure you email us with this information. Updating your address through PayPal will not notify us and we will use the address provided on the website and not PayPal at all times as some orders are placed for a third person.

PDF charts will generally be emailed within one working day of cleared payment please email us if you havent't received your PDF/s

Printed charts being sent without hand dyed fabric or threads will be posted within 5 working days after receiving cleared payment.

Any order including Hand Dyed Threads and/or Fabrics will take up to 20 working days to complete before posting on the next posting day, working days are Monday to Friday excluding UK Public Holidays.

Please note that you may receive your dispatch notice one day but the items will not be processed by the business post service until the following day when they are busy.

Custom charting is a collaboration and to produce the optimum product can take time please contact us for information on this product.

All Hand Dyed items are considered a custom product and are therefore not subject to the usual distance selling laws. For Hand Dyed Fabrics once your fabric is dyed it cannot be cancelled or refunded as each piece is dyed to your exact specifications of colour, fabric type and size which means it may not be possible to re sell your fabric. The same applies to all custom cuts of fabrics and custom colours of fabric and threads. We are happy to cancel regular Hand Dyed thread orders but unless we have made an error with your order we will not offer a refund rather a gift voucher for the amount of the purchase.

All In Stock items are eligible to be returned as per distance selling laws but by purchasing from us you agree to our terms that you must return the item and cover the cost of doing so to receive a full refund. If you return everything on an order we will refund the postage you paid on the order but if you only return part of the order only the cost of the returned item/s will be refunded. This does not apply if the item is faulty where we ask you to return the item and we will then reimburse you for those return postage costs.

PDF charts are not refundable once emailed and Printed charts are not refundable once posted due to copyright laws. If your email containing your PDF or the posted order containing your printed chart has not been received it will be re sent and not refunded. If you change your mind about a printed chart before it is posted to you we are happy to exchange it for another item. 

If a delivery has not been received please contact us but be aware we have to wait until 15 working days have passed since the order was posted before we can claim it is lost with Royal Mail so we cannot send out a replacement until this time has passed.

There are several different options for delivery please ensure you choose the correct one as if we have to contact you regarding incorrect postage being paid it will delay your order and a surcharge of 25p will be added to your invoice for postage costs due to increased fees we will have to pay. If you fail to pay postage an invoice will be sent to you for the postage and surcharge which must be paid within 3 working days. If the postage invoice is not paid within 3 working days then the invoice and order will be cancelled with no further notice and a refund issued.

We deliver worldwide and currently postage costs are as follows;
Standard UK £2.00
Standard European £4.50
Standard Rest of the World £5.75
Postage prices have recently risen drastically due to less air travel and hence less air freight which means the cost to the postal services of securing air freight for the postal service has increased.

All customers in the EU should be aware that EU rules have recently changed and any parcel being delivered to you is subject to customs fees irrespective of the parcel value. Please factor this extra cost into your orders and ensure you will be available and able to pay the customs fees when your parcel arrives. These customs fees vary for each country so you will need to check with your postal service what the fees will be.

If an EU parcel is returned to us for non payment of these fees we will need to charge you a second postage fee to re send it as the postage cost will not be refunded to us and if you decide to cancel your order your postage fee will not be refunded only the product fees as we have made all customers aware of these changes.


Send with existing monthly club or order may delay receipt of your club or initial order to allow for the dyeing time of a second order. This postage option is to allow you to make multiple orders whilst only paying a single postage fee and is only to be used if you have an EXISTING club or order to add it to, it cannot be used when you first sign up to a monthly club or for an initial order.

PDF Charts and Gift Vouchers are of course free postage but please ensure if you order them with physical goods you still pay postage.
Again please ensure you chose the correct postage for what you are purchasing or there will be a delay to your order while we contact you regarding postage.

Layaways;

If you wish to purchase on Layaway please place your order as normal and select layaway in the payment options your order excluding postage must be at least £10 to use Layaway. Once you have placed the order we will send a PayPal invoice to you which can be paid in instalments. To confirm the order a minimum of a 10% deposit must be paid within 3 working days of the order and the balance must be paid within 3 months of the order. If you need extra time for any reason please email to arrange this.
Please ensure that you use the the email you use for PayPal on your invoice and not another one. If you wish to purchase a Layaway without using PayPal please email jodyridesigns@gmail.com before ordering.

You may not use Layaways to pay for Monthly Clubs

By using this website, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

 Jodyri Designs reserves the right to correct any errors found in the website without any obligation for example if an item is incorrectly priced we will refund monies owed or ask for payment for the remainder of the cost from the customer. Jodyri Designs reserves the right to refuse any order and your money will be refunded in full with a short explanation of the reason for refusal.

The customer agrees that it is their responsibilty to contact Michelle regarding any change to their postal address which can be done by emailing jodyridesigns@gmail.com We have over 100 members in the various monthly clubs and multiple orders daily and it is time prohibitive to ensure that addresses match in paypal and on the website. If you fail to advise us of an address change then we are not liable to replace any items sent to an incorrect address.
You may not use Jodyri Products to form kits or other offers and financially benefit from selling on our products unless you have set up an account with us and received permission to do so. If you wish to use Jodyri Products in any way in your business please email us to discuss this so that terms can be agreed. If you purchase Jodyri products from anyone else but ourselves then they are not authorised by us and we cannot assist you if you have any issues with the transaction.

All the patterns sold via Jodyri Designs are the intellectual property of the designer and may not be redistributed, re sold or copied in anyway unless you make a working copy that is destroyed upon completion of the piece. Anyone found to have shared paterns electronically or by copying will be pursued legally. If you lose a pattern and can present a work in progress picture we will send a replacement copy.

All patterns are created by our designers using their own inspiration, art with permission or images found in the public domain. We have not intentionally infringed anyone else's copyright but if anyone can prove a pattern infringes on another persons copyright the affected pattern will be removed from sale immediately.

Copyright;

All our designs are protected by copyright and unauthorized use is punishable under international copyright law and we will pursue legal avenues with anyone found to do any of the following;.

Making copies of our design to give or sell to someone else.
Sending copies of our charts by email to anyone else apart from yourself
Uploading or posting our charts onto any website
Producing kits from our designs.

We hope you respect our terms and conditions and we reserve the right to cancel any order if the buyer is known to break copyright law to protect our intellectual property.

We are committed to protecting your privacy and we fully comply with the applicable UK Data Protection and Consumer Legislation Act.

We respect your privacy and we will never use your private information nor will we share it with any other organisation.

Regarding financial information, please note that we do not store or keep your credit or debit card details, this is for your own security. We use Paypal and Square to process your order using their secure servers. They process your payment for us and send us the results of the transaction.
